The breakfast spread here was fantastic, offering a wide selection of delicious pastries, yogurt, and cheese.

Very central location very close to the pedestrian bridge over the Ria. Guggenheim, the city center and the old town of Bilbao were easily explored on foot and the Matiko train station, where the Basque railway lines meet, is also easy to reach. The hotel is equipped and furnished in a contemporary way. Bed was good, room and bathroom relatively spacious and functional. WiFi very good.

Double rooms instead of double beds!

The rooms here are amazing, quiet and come with a bathtub and a window with curtains, plus the staff is always friendly and cheerful.

A very well maintained hotel, stylish without wanting to appear pompous. Friendly welcome and very eager to solve my problems. Rarely stayed so well overnight.

The room was new-fashioned and compact, offered an electronic key card, a multi-channel TV and a writing table. They served marvellous and very very good breakfast, it included pastries, yoghourt and cheese. The view was magnificent, the service was great❤

The hotel has efficient and friendly staff at the reception desk. the location is amazing and beautiful, being so close to City Hall. it is conveniently located near the Guggenheim Museum, Casco Viejo, the main train station, and other popular tourist destinations.

The staff at reception were friendly and helpful. Terrific access to lifts in the building, quiet and comfortable room on the fourth floor.

The hotel restaurant is not open on Saturday and Sunday. This is inconvenient for solo travellers.

Restaurant was not open on either evening. We would have liked coffee and tea making facilities in the room.

The breakfasts were amazing with juice and pastries, couldn't ask for anything better; friendly efficient staff, everything was fantastic.

Near Guggenheim and other tourist spots. Clean. Did not eat there, so can´t comment on that. Some noise from other rooms - but not at an irritating level. No view, but I preferred no view and not too much noise.

Proximity to Guggenheim Museum and the Old Town. Hotel was very comfortable and the staff were very helpful.
